Recognizing these realities, the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA), in partnership with the ILO and ISISC, organized a Policy Dialogue on Mainstreaming Inclusive and Green Skills in Informal Policy. The event sought to bridge the gap between policy ambition and ground-level realities—bringing together government agencies, employers, development partners, and representatives of informal workers to discuss practical pathways toward a greener and more inclusive economy.
